These schemes help MSMEs modernize, improve quality, and build common facilities.

  • Micro & Small Enterprises Cluster Development Programme (MSE-CDP):

    • Objective: To support the growth and sustainability of MSEs by addressing common issues like technology, skills, and quality through a cluster approach.

    • Benefit: Provides financial assistance for setting up Common Facility Centres (CFCs) for testing, R&D, training, etc., and for creating/upgrading industrial infrastructure.

  • Scheme of Fund for Regeneration of Traditional Industries (SFURTI):

    • Objective: To organize traditional industries and artisans into clusters for increased production, value addition, and market competitiveness.

    • Benefit: Provides financial assistance for setting up CFCs, production facilities, and soft interventions like skill development and marketing.

  • MSME Sustainable (ZED) Certification Scheme:

    • Objective: To encourage MSMEs to adopt Zero Defect Zero Effect (ZED) practices to improve quality, efficiency, and environmental sustainability.

       

    • Benefit: Provides financial assistance for achieving different levels of ZED certification.
