The founders—Adv. Chander Shekhar Mahipal, a specialist in legal and licensing procedures, and CA Anand Mahipal, an expert in taxation and financial compliance—recognized early on that entrepreneurs in Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities were struggling to access the benefits and approvals their businesses deserved. • CA Anand Mahipal
  A Chartered Accountant with expertise in direct & indirect taxation, subsidy advisory, audits, and financial structuring. He has helped numerous clients secure freight and textile subsidies, generator set reimbursements, and tax incentives under HEEP and AatmaNirbhar schemes.
